Lube Cleaner (SUPER INDESTRIAL CLEANER)
Powerful super industrial water based, alkaline detergent containing solvents. Its alkalinity along with the solvents helps in the quick and efficient removal of dirt, oil and grease from floors, walls and equipment.
LUBE CLEANER super industrial is a low viscosity which is non-flammable and readily miscible with water in all proportions.
FEATURES:
LUBE CLEANER super industrial is formulated to rapidly emulsify oil and grease and rinse freely from surfaces without redepositing contamination. A built-in foam additive allows LUBE CLEANER super industrial to be used for foam cleaning and the product is buffered to maintain an alkaline pH at use concentrations.
LUBE CLEANER super industrial is powerful cleaner. When used as recommended for specific situations LUBE CLEANER super industrial is safe to use on aluminum and soft metals. The surfactants used in LUBE CLEANER super industrial are biodegradable.
AREAS OF APPLICATIONS:
LUBE CLEANER super industrial is ideally suited for the cleaning of floors and walls of garages, service stations, ports, oil drilling rigs, ship decks and other areas where generally there are heavy deposits of dirt and grease. LUBE CLEANER super industrial can also be used for the spray cleaning of machines in the oil industry. Its ability to quickly remove dirt and grease effortlessly makes it a perfect product for chases cleaning of heavy vehicles, construction machinery, earth moving machinery and lift trucks. Concentrated solutions of LUBE CLEANER super industrial must not be used on aluminum or its alloys.
LUBE CLEANER super industrial is also recommended in the cleaning of all metallic surfaces depending on proper dilution rates, especially for the clean up of garbage and litter bins. The high efficiency of LUBE CLEANER helps in easy removal of stubborn deposits of oil and grease mixed with sand and soil.
METHOD OF APPLICATION AND DILUTION:
For specific use concentrations and procedures in designated areas, we recommend consultation with our technical department.
For extra heavy deposits and spot cleaning, dilution up to 1:1 depending on the severity of the deposit. Warm or moderately hot water (70 deg.C) will give added advantages.
For light duty cleaning 1:10 generally be sufficient.
LUBE CLEANER super industrial may be applied either by spraying equipment, pressure cleaning, steam cleaning, immersion baths or by cloth, sponge, brush or mop.
Always follow the cleaning operation with a water rinse until all traces of the detergent have been eliminated.

LUBE CLEANER super industrial is highly alkaline and it is recommended to avoid skin contact with the product. Even dilute solutions of LUBE CLEANER can be irritating to the skin. Overalls, rubber gloves and chemical goggles or safety glasses should be worn.
If ingested, do not induce vomiting. Give plenty of water and seek medical help.
If skin contact occurs, remove contaminated clothing and wash skin thoroughly.
In case of eye contact, flush thoroughly for 15 minutes with clean water. More data available on MSDS otherwise seek medical support whenever required. Customers are advised not to reuse empty containers and are advised to destroy or dispose them separately.
